Join me for 24h on a crazy shoot with Fotosidan Magasin.

A while ago Amy Lagerman at, which is Sweden’s biggest online photo community, contacted me about a reportage that they do in their Fotosidan Magasin where you get to follow a professional photographer for a day. The answer was easy.

It’s an interesting article in the magazine where you get to follow a photographer during a day and see how, when and where they work. I usually like to read these sort of reportages because it’s nice to get an insight into a different genre of photography and perhaps even get some inspiration.

We at Teknikens Värld test a lot of cars each year, i think we tested around 120 cars last year and it´s mostly comparison tests that we do. This time it was a bit different in several ways. It was only one car, and we just had it for 24 hours. The car was a Aston Martin Rapide S. If you have followed me you have probably seen before that i already photographed a Aston Martin Rapide S, in England. Read more about that here.

Well 24 hours is not that short you might say, but we do take our tests seriously and there are a lot of different things to cover. We do our own motor tests, we do the world famous elktest, we test acceleration and braking, we measure and weigh the car and so on and so forth. And then you of course need to drive it. 24 hours is not that long, trust me.

Everything turned in to a very interesting 22 hours, we picked it up at 10.00 and it had to be returned by 08.00 the next morning. Let´s just say that sleeping is overrated. 🙂

But, i´m not gonna tell you any more, check out the Fotosidan Magasin if you can and see for yourself how it all turned out. 🙂

Here is a teaser that was supposed to be photographed by Fotosidans own editor in chief and photographer Magnus Fröderberg, but we had to leave him on the way because he started to feel a bit car sick. 😉 So my colleague Hans Hedberg took these pictures instead.

Oh, and by the way, Butt McCracken says hello! 🙂

I will make another post when the Test is published in Teknikens Värld later this summer with more of my own pictures.
